End-of-lease, move-out, vacate — whatever you call it, this is our specialty.
We cover:
- Kitchen: oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards, shelves, drawers (wipe over)
- Bathrooms: tiles, grout, shower, tapware, toilets
- Floors: vacuum and mop
- Windows & tracks (internal)
- Glass & mirrors spot cleaned
- Skirting boards, dust and debris
- Cobweb removal (within reachable areas)

Payment is required in advance to secure your booking.
We prioritise clients who pay promptly. Unpaid bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled.
You can pay via credit card, PayID, or bank deposit.
A confirmation or tax invoice is issued once payment is processed.
Every property is different, so timing depends on size, condition, and any extras (walls, balconies, windows, carpet steam cleaning).
You don’t need to be there on the day — we know you’re busy and we’ve got it covered. Our team works efficiently, thoroughly, and always to the Spanky Clean standard.
If we miss anything, we will return to fix it (*On invoiced jobs). Please contact us within five (5) days of your cleaning and provide the exit condition report with photos before we schedule a revisit.
Yes — we have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
“Fair wear and tear” is normal aging of a property. Renters aren’t responsible for fixing these.
Examples of fair wear and tear:
- Faded curtains or frayed cords
- Furniture dents and traffic marks on carpet
- Scuffed wooden floors
- Faded, chipped, or cracked paint
- Worn benchtops
- Loose hinges, handles, or sliding tracks
- Cracks from building movement
- Water stains from leaks or bad plumbing
- Worn paint near light switches
Examples of tenant damage:
- Missing or pet-damaged curtains
- Stains or burn marks on carpet
- Deep scratches or gouges in floors
- Unapproved or poor-quality paint jobs
- Burns or cuts in benchtops
- Broken windows from accidents
- Holes from nails, hooks, or removed shelves
- Water damage from overflows or indoor plants
- Paint damage from Blu-Tack or sticky tape
Spanky Clean isn’t responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
Pets
Extra charges may apply for:
- Pet hair removal
- Flea treatments
- Pet-related cleaning
Furniture & Appliances
We don’t move heavy furniture or clean behind/under it.
Stains & Damage
We always aim for the best result, but we can’t guarantee removal of:
- Rust
- Deep stains
- Permanent marks
Carpet Cleaning
Results depend on stain type, how long it’s been there, and carpet material.
- Additional treatments may incur extra charges
- Minimum charge: $110 + GST (2 rooms)
Wall Cleaning
General wall cleaning is included, but some marks (e.g. permanent stains, smoke damage, paint marks) may not come off. Repainting may be required.
Blinds
We can’t guarantee results on blinds due to material and condition.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee, unless rescheduled.
Utilities
Water and electricity must be connected on the day.
Add-On Services
Extra services (walls, balconies, windows, rubbish removal, lawn mowing, etc.) are available on request and charged separately.
Access & Equipment
Extra charges may apply if:
- There’s no lift access
- Equipment must be carried long distances
Parking
Suitable parking must be available. Any paid parking will be added to your invoice.
Customer Presence
Customers can’t remain on-site during cleaning.
Rubbish Removal Fees
Additional fees apply for waste removal, including:
- Transport
- Disposal
- Tip fees
