Every property is different, so timing depends on size, condition, and any extras (walls, balconies, windows, carpet steam cleaning).
You don’t need to be there on the day — we know you’re busy and we’ve got it covered. Our team works efficiently, thoroughly, and always to the Spanky Clean standard.
If we miss anything, we will return to fix it (*On invoiced jobs). Please contact us within five (5) days of your cleaning and provide the exit condition report with photos before we schedule a revisit.
Yes — we have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
“Fair wear and tear” is normal aging of a property. Renters aren’t responsible for fixing these.

We don’t move heavy furniture or clean behind/under it.
Stains & Damage
We always aim for the best result, but we can’t guarantee removal of:
Carpet Cleaning
Results depend on stain type, how long it’s been there, and carpet material.
Wall Cleaning
General wall cleaning is included, but some marks (e.g. permanent stains, smoke damage, paint marks) may not come off. Repainting may be required.
Blinds
We can’t guarantee results on blinds due to material and condition.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee, unless rescheduled.
Utilities
Water and electricity must be connected on the day.
Add-On Services
Extra services (walls, balconies, windows, rubbish removal, lawn mowing, etc.) are available on request and charged separately.

Suitable parking must be available. Any paid parking will be added to your invoice.
